Guide to Converting tDAO to VIC

TomoMasterDAO and the governance token, tDAO, have been inactive since the end of 2023. Now, we’re officially passing the torch to a new chapter, with the Viction Foundation taking over all governance responsibilities. 

1. A New Governance Era

Going forward, $VIC will be the sole token used for governance and voting in the Viction ecosystem. This transition marks a fresh start, bringing more clarity, stronger alignment, and deeper community participation. 

2. Compensation for tDAO Holders

As a token of appreciation to our early supporters, tDAO holders will be able to convert their tokens to $VIC at the following rate:

1 tDAO = 0.0125 VIC

This ensures that your past contributions to the TomoMasterDAO ecosystem are fairly honored. 

3. How to Submit the Conversion Form

To convert your tDAO into $VIC, please complete the following form: [Form Link]

• Submission Deadline: 2 months from the date of announcement (8AM UTC, 12th June, 2025).
  Dispute Resolution Period: 1 month after submission deadline (8AM UTC, 12th June, 2025 to 8AM UTC, 12th July, 2025)

* Important notes:When filling out the form, please enter the wallet address you will use to send your tDAO tokens. This same address will be used to receive the corresponding amount of $VIC. Make sure you have full control over this wallet and that it matches the address from which the tDAO is sent.

We recommend submitting your request early to ensure smooth processing.
