In July, we focused particularly on improving our data infrastructure and adding more places for the Viction community to earn rewards.

• Interport: the ultimate cross-chain hub for seamless DeFi operations. Viction's integration with Interport allows users to refill their $VIC balance with native tokens from 45 chains, eliminating gas worries.
• Domin Network: Domin Network bridges the gap between traditional web applications and blockchain. With Viction, Domin leverages secured infrastructure for a seamless and efficient on-chain experience.
• L2Marathon: an omnichain NFT project utilizing LayerZero and Hyperlane technologies. The integration with Viction enhances cross-chain capabilities and interoperability for NFT projects.
• GlitchD: a data availability solution that ensures secure and verifiable data across platforms. Integrated into Viction World Wide Chain, GlitchD provides builders with a full-stack toolkit for reliable data availability and integrity.

New NFT Collections

July brought us two exciting new NFT collections.

• Master Polar Bear: Telling the time-leap story of animal friends saving the future of the Arctic from environmental pollution and climate change. They use various powers to travel across time and space to fulfill wishes. Grab yours here.

A historic month as VIP #1 has successfully passed with overwhelming support from our community! With 7.9M $VIC reached and 98.82% of votes in favor, we're ready to move forward. Our Viction Data Availability Network, powered by GlitchD, is live on testnet! Ensuring more accessible, secure, and scalable data for all. The mainnet will be announced soon.

VIC Scan integrates with VIC Name Tokens

VIC Scan gets a name boost by integrating VIC Name Tokens, in collaboration with D3. This personalization enhances the user DeFi experience, allowing the Viction community to search, discover, and explore with their unique name.

Community Engagement and Events

Our community engagement activities in July were vibrant and diverse, strengthening our bonds and creating lasting memories.

• Welcoming New Contributors: In July, we welcomed 20 new contributors to the Viction community. A big shout out to these fantastic new members who injected the community with a serious dose of awesome vibes.
• The “What’s Next: Viction’s July Community Call”: We successfully held the Viction July Community Call, marking a historic month with the approval of VIP #1. The community has spoken, and we’re ready to deliver. This call was a celebration of our milestone, a recap of July’s progress, and an unveiling of plans for August.

• Viction Game Night: Community members had fun and showed off their gaming skills in a Poker Game Night held in the game-zone on Discord. Winners received 1000 XP and $50 in VIC!

• Vanguard Chat Party - Trust the Progress: We held a Vanguard Chat Party to recap six months of Viction community activities and share experiences. It was a fantastic gathering that strengthened our community bonds.
• Russian Vanguard Chat Party: We had a Russian Vanguard Chat Party which provided updates on the latest changes, earning opportunities, and how to get the Vanguartist role. It was hosted by @0xAkelo, @m4lkxx, @ucanseeofficial, and @gxdwalk.

• Vanguard Academy #4 - Inside the Mind of Viction BD: We held an exclusive session for Viction Vanguard and Viction Contributors on Google Meet. Attendees gained insights into the types of projects Viction is looking for, the process from initial contact to successful project integration, and BD tips and strategies. This session provided exclusive insights and skill enhancement opportunities.

• Euro 2024 Watch Party: On Discord, we hosted a Watch Party for the Euro 2024 match between Spain and France. Our Vanguard @ChristianDior31 brought the soccer spirit and hype, making it a memorable event.

• Discord Stage to Countdown the Proposal to be Passed: We gathered on the Discord stage to countdown the Viction Improvement Proposal (VIP) #1 to be passed, building anticipation and excitement within the community.
• Bi-weekly Office Hour: Throughout July, we held bi-weekly office hours to update the community on the Viction ecosystem, keeping everyone informed and engaged.

• Trust The Progress Campaign: To celebrate our integration with Galxe, we launched the "Trust The Progress” campaign with a total prize pool of $10,000 in VIC. The campaign featured two pools: “Proof of OG” to thank our long-time supporters who have been with Viction through key moments, and “Proof of Entry” for everyone to join and earn "proof of community" badges. This campaign was not just about rewards but also a moment for Viction to reflect on our achievements with the community and partners' support.
• World of Dypians: Viction Beta Pass NFT Free Minting: For two weeks, we offered free minting of the Viction Beta Pass NFT, unlocking exclusive benefits in our game and access to the dedicated Treasure Hunt event with a $20,000 VIC reward pool. In July, 13,219 users successfully minted their NFTs.
